    Join Katy Mayo of South Shore Software Training for this two part intermediate iPad class. Participants will learn in depth features of the iPad's camera app, photo editing/sharing and how to link and share websites, photos and files. Participants will also be guided on deeper dive through their iPad's useful utility apps such as the Calendar and Notes App to fully harness their protentional in your daily life. Space in this program is limited, and registration is required. Registration will open on November 15th at 10:00am.

  3. Stress Management Workshop: Holiday Stress Buster

    This workshop, presented by Paula McCree, is based on the Positivity and Relaxation Training (PART) Program from the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine. PART is an education program that teaches a variety of mind body techniques like meditation and mindfulness, positive and cognitive psychology, and lifestyle behaviors to help participants learn and practice more adaptive ways of managing stress as a way to increase overall wellbeing.
