Reference Department
Register for a Take and Make craft kit! This kit will include everything you need to make an artificial sunflower decorative ball.The kits will be available in the Reference department and will be held for one week starting on Saturday, September 24. The last day to get your kit will be Saturday, October 1.Registration for this program has filled.
Children's Department
Our Read to a Dog program provides a supportive environment to practice reading! Reading to trained therapy dogs helps develop literacy skills and builds confidence and self-esteem. Our canine friends are all wonderful, patient listeners who are looking forward to reading with you!Our listening teams are at the Library on Saturday mornings from 10:30 -11:30 in the Children's Department. Reading sessions last 15 minutes and are for children ages 5 and up.To register for a session, please call the Children's Department at 781-741-1405 ext. 1403. We hope you can join us!
It's Saturday crafternoon time! Today we're making pom pom crafts - teens will get to choose between making a pom pom wall hanging or a pom pom pumpkin garland to decorate for fall. No registration required.
Calling all Anime enthusiasts! Anime Club is for teens who love Anime and Manga to meet other teens with the same interest. We'll talk Anime and Manga, watch some Anime, and maybe make some fun crafts. Open to teens in grades 6-12 - no prior knowledge needed, Anime newbies welcome! No registration required.
