Jill Sullivan, Social Worker for the Town of Hingham, offers free drop-in office hours on Tuesdays from 10:00 - 11:00 and 5:00 - 7:00 in the Library's Fearing Room. Mindful Yoga for Everyone is a sixty-minute yoga practice offering a gentle mix of Hatha yoga based styles including breathwork and meditation to stimulate the energy systems in the body, while at the same time bringing calm and peace to the mind.This four week series, led by Paula McCree, begins on Tuesday April 19th.
