Jill Sullivan, Social Worker for the Town of Hingham, offers free drop-in office hours on Tuesdays from 10:00 - 11:00 and 5:00 - 7:00 in the Library's Fearing Room. She can also be reached by calling 781-804-2370 or emailing sullivanj@hingham-ma.gov.Jill is available to help with accessing emergency services (food, clothing, housing, and crisis support), education and employment, family matters, health improvement (including insurance and mental health concerns), and support groups for adults and teens.

Mindful Yoga for Everyone is a sixty-minute yoga practice offering a gentle mix of Hatha yoga based styles including breathwork and meditation to stimulate the energy systems in the body, while at the same time bringing calm and peace to the mind.This four week series, led by Paula McCree, begins on Tuesday April 19th.
