Have you ever said: “I should write a book about that!” Join us for an informative talk with Cohasset author Laura DeSisto who describes how she finally went from talking about writing a book to actually writing one. She will read from her newly published memoir, “Resurfacing: Sisterhood, Sharks and Storms” and then give us detailed instructions on how to go about the process of writing and publishing your first book.

DeSisto is a lifelong writer who got her start writing ad copy after graduating with a degree in English from Boston College. She is a frequent contributor to South Shore Home, Life and Style and other regional magazines. Copies of Laura's book will be available for purchase.
