As 2020 was an unprecedented year in all of our lives, with many of us unable to keep up with all the great books that continued to be published, I should really call this year's event "Great Books I'm Absolutely Certain You Missed!"

Are you looking for something good to read? Is your list of recommended books so long you just don’t know where to start? If you’re like the rest of us, you tend to read the same authors and styles over and over again. So join us to get a few new ideas through our annual discussion of some of the great books of 2020!

Peter Thornell, Collection Development Librarian, will present numerous titles from several different genres of both fiction and non-fiction. Those attending are always welcome to share their own list of “must read” titles.

Our Read to a Dog program has gone virtual! Reading to trained therapy dogs helps develop literacy skills and builds confidence and self-esteem in a supportive environment.
