Mindful Yoga for Everyone is a 60 minute yoga practice offering a gentle mix of Hatha yoga based styles including breathwork and meditation to stimulate the energy systems in the body, while at the same time bringing calm and peace of mind, Mindfulness practices based on the 7 attitudes from Jon Kabot-Zin are woven throughout the class to facilitate the connection of the mind, breath, body and spirit. All levels are welcome, with a focus on beginners and advanced beginners. All you need is an open mind, yoga mat, towel or blanket (to roll for support as needed), and water. Blocks and straps are provided as necessary. Registration for this program will open on February 15. Please register online or by calling 781-741-1405 ext. 1404.

Children and their caregivers will listen to engaging books, hear some music, sing songs and make a fun craft, all while making new friends in a welcoming setting. This energetic drop-in storytime builds language and literacy skills.

Stories & Snacks is a drop in program for school age children and their families. Participants will listen to stories while enjoying an afterschool snack (provided by the library) and then make a fun craft to take home.
