  1. Managing Holiday Stress

    November 29, 2018, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM @ Fearing/Trustees Conference Room

How is it that the most "Wonderful Time of the Year" is the most stressful time of the year? Financial stressors, family relationships, longing for those no longer with us, unreasonable expectations and an impossibly busy calendar can be overwhelming.

Join us as we explore what is most meaningful and important to you and how to bring more of that into your holiday season. You will leave this session with a clear sense of your priorities, concrete steps to make them your reality and tips and tricks to handle the roadblocks that will pop up along the way.

This workshop will be lead by Renee Reilly Gambell, MSW, LICSW from the South Shore Health System.
