In this presentation, Licensed Mental Health Counselor Liz Bailey will teach participants how mindfulness can help improve sleep and decrease insomnia. Attendees will have a chance to practice some relaxing mindful exercises in the workshop and will also receive a checklist on how to practice mindfulness at home. Please register.

Keep your reading skills sharp by reading to Boo, a 5-year-old Shih Tzu. He is a certified reading and therapy dog. Boo will be at the library on listed Saturdays. He will available for 15 minute sessions on his “listening” days. *Please call the Children’s and Young Adult Department to register for your preferred sitting. Suitable for kids age 4 and up.
