    This six-week program is arranged with the South Shore Community Action Council of MA. Space is limited and reservations are required.   3. Monday Movie Night celebrates the magic of Steven Spielberg and his "PG" films

    July 24, 2017, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ Whiton Room

    The Children's department celebrates the magic of STEVEN SPIELBERG. All listed movies are rated PG. Children ages 9 and up are invited to this series. Bring a beach towel or blanket, snacks and covered drinks, and join us for Monday Movie Nights. Parents are welcome but not required for children ages 9 and up. Jul. 10 - "Jaws" (124 minutes), Jul. 17 - "E.T. The Extra Terrestrial" (115 minutes), Jul. 24 - "Hook" (145 minutes), Jul. 31 - "The Adventures of Tintin" (106 minutes), Aug. 07 - "Close Encounters of the Third Kind"(135 minutes), Aug. 14 - "The BFG" (117 minutes).

  6. Creativity Nest for ages 9 and up

    July 25, 2017, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM @ Activity Room

    This is a DIY program for older elementary school students (ages 9+). Kids will design/paint/craft a particular project and at the conclusion of the session have a fun item to take home. Program Projects: 7/19 (Wed): Wind Chime Pots | Jul. 25 (Tue): Painted Shells | Aug. 02 (Wed): Bag Decoration | Aug. 08 (Tue): Clipboard Decoration | Aug. 16 (Wed): Magnets.   9. South Shore Conservatory Demonstration Class: Pre-Primary Ballet, ages 3 and 4
