Mindfulness as a Sleep Aid

Saturday, May 13 at 10:00 -- In this presentation, Licensed Mental Health Counselor Liz Bailey will teach participants how mindfulness can help improve sleep and decrease insomnia.  Attendees will have a chance to practice some relaxing mindful exercises in the workshop and will also receive a checklist on how to practice mindfulness at home.
