Relaunching Careers After a Career Break: Strategies and Success Stories

iRelaunch co-founder and Chair Carol Fishman Cohen will share top strategies on how to return to work after a career break. Carol will moderate a conversation with Hingham "relaunchers" Beau Kealy, Nancy MacDonald, Sarah Mills and Sara Dickison-Taylor who will discuss how they returned to work, provide a "play-by-play" of their career journeys, and discuss their relaunches now that they have been back in the workforce for many years.

Carol Fishman Cohen is the Chair and Co-founder of iRelaunch, which runs the iRelaunch Return to Work Conferences, works with over 100 employers on return to work programs, and leads a community of over 82,000 "relaunchers." Her TED talk has nearly 3.5 million views, and she hosts the 3,2,1 iRelaunch podcast and writes regularly for Harvard Business Review.
