Nature, Art, and Discovery Program: The Monarch Butterfly and Their Amazing Migration

Wednesday, May 22, 2019

Children will learn about the exciting ways in which monarch butterflies migrate thousands of miles each year. The program will begin with a story about butterflies and their migration habits, and will feature a digital microscope to examine butterflies up close. Each child will then create their own butterfly using air-dry clay. Suitable for children ages 3 to 5.

This program requires registration. Please register online or by calling 781-741-1405 ext. 1403.

Program made possible Mass Audubon's Museum of American Bird Art and funded by the Hingham Cultural Council and the Mass Cultural Council.
